PONY EFFECT's New-Clear Perfect Cleansing Water is a lighter than oil, but stronger than water cleanser for all skin types. It is mild and effective with a non-oily finish. The oil-to-water ratio is 2:8 and it removes heavy makeup easily and thoroughly without being drying to the skin.

KEY INGREDIENTS: Infused with the French Herb 5 Complex (Lime Blossom, Peppermint Leaf, Matricaria Flower, Lemon Balm Leaf, and Basil Leaf extracts) to both cleanse and soothe the skin at the same type.

HOW TO USE: Apply product on cotton pads to wipe and remove makeup. Leave soaked cotton pads on eyes and lips for a few seconds to allow product to move from the pad to the skin making it easier to remove makeup without irritating the skin.
