How do I contact you?

For any questions, comments, or suggestions, you can reach our community support team through our Contact Page. We're happy to assist you during our office hours (Mondays-Fridays, 9AM-6PM PT, excluding holidays).

We answer all questions/requests in the order they're received and we always try our best to respond as promptly as possible. However, if there's an unusually high volume of inquiries, it may take longer to receive a response. To help us get back to you sooner, please send only ONE email per inquiry!

What is your shipping & returns policy?

Shipping

If your order has been placed by 1PM PST, it will be processed and shipped out within the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). We'll send you an order confirmation with tracking details so you can track your package's swift journey! Please allow 2-5 business days after shipping for delivery via DHL Expedited Shipping or similar.

If you have any questions regarding the status your order, you can access your order information through ‘My Orders’ under your profile icon or send us an email at hi@memebox.com with your order number so we can look into it for you!

Returns

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that your products didn't work out. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return. Returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please reach out to hi@memebox.com with your order number, the products you’d like to return, and your reason for return.

Before making a return, please ensure that

1. The product was purchased within the last 60 days and is not a final sale item.

2. The product is in its original packaging.

3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All refunds are processed back to your original form of payment. Refunds are calculated automatically by our system and we cannot accept any special requests. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns are up to the discretion of Memebox and qualification for refund is not guaranteed.

Will you be offering Memepoints or another loyalty program?

We will not be offering a loyalty program at this time, but may potentially in the future! Previously-accrued Memepoints are no longer accepted as a form of payment.

Is Memebox Cruelty-Free?

Memebox does not test any of its products on animals. We do not own any animal testing facilities and we do not ask others to test on animals for us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay, and GPay as payment methods. This includes any gift cards and prepaid cards registered with the cardholder.

I’m missing an item in my order.

In the rare case items are missing, please contact us at hi@memebox.com with your order number and a photo of the printed invoice that came with your package.

My tracking status says delivered, but it hasn’t arrived.

Often times DHL and USPS update the status of a package as having been delivered when they actually have not arrived yet. Please give the carrier a day or two, if you still do not have your package, please contact customer support at hi@memebox.com with your order number.

I never received my shipping confirmation email.

Shipping updates can sometimes find their way into your spam folder. If it's not there please contact us at hi@memebox.com with your order number.

I provided the wrong shipping address what do I do?

If you provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us at hi@memebox.com  and we will have it updated for you. Please understand that all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is received. If your package has already been shipped we cannot refund or cancel an order.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at hi@memebox.com with your order number and reason for canceling. Understand that all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is received. If your package has already been shipped we cannot refund or cancel an order.

My order never arrived can I get a refund?

We’re so sorry that your order has gone missing. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for misplaced packages by the carrier. Feel free to contact us at hi@memebox.com and we will work on finding a solution for you.

How long does it take for my refund to process?

Once we receive and evaluate your return, refunds typically take 2-5 business days to be credited back into the original form of payment.

My items were damaged what do I do?

We are sorry that the product you received was damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us at hi@memebox.com with your order number, a photo of the damages, and a detailed explanation. We will then work with you in finding the best solution.

Can I exchange my product for another one?

We do not accept any exchanges.

I’m experiencing an allergic reaction/breakouts from one of your products.

We’re so sorry that you’ve had an unpleasant experience with one of our products. Everyone’s skin reacts differently to new products and ingredients. We advise that you discontinue use of the product. As for a solution, please contact us at hi@memebox.com.

I’m having an issue with one of your products that I’ve purchased from UTLA/Sephora.

Please contact UTLA/Sephora for any issues you are having with our product. In order for us to address any problems or concerns you may have, we would need proof of purchase from our site.
