Shipping and Returns Policy
If your order has been placed by 1PM PST, it will be processed and shipped out within the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). We'll send you an order confirmation with tracking details so you can track your package's swift journey! Please allow 2-5 business days after shipping for delivery via DHL Expedited Shipping or similar.
If you have any questions regarding the status your order, you can access your order information through ‘My Orders’ under your profile icon or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can look into it for you!
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that your products didn't work out. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return. Returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number, the products you’d like to return, and your reason for return.
