PONY EFFECT's Block Sponge is a super elastic makeup sponge with sharp edges. The sponge expands 1.5 times when soaked in water. When applying base make up, the absorbed water helps give the skin a hydrated, dewy finish.
HOW TO USE: Separate the block sponge pieces by lightly tugging preferred sponge off. The sponge can be used wet or dry when applying liquid or cream type foundation. Sponge should be used dry when applying powder type formulas. Tap and blend sponge for even application.
